Faiseurs ― Marou が紡ぐ味をつくる人たち
Izumi に、Marou の小さなチョコレートギフト「The Faiseurs Collection」が再入荷しました。
「Faiseurs（フェズール）」とは、カカオを育てる農家さんから、チョコレートを手作業でつくる職人さんまで――Marou が大切にする、“味をつくる人たち”を指す言葉です。

ベトナムの6つの産地（Tiền Giang、Bến Tre、Đồng Nai、Lâm Đồng、Đắk Lắk、Bà Rịa）から届いたカカオ。それぞれの土地がもつ個性が、そのまま味に映し出されているようです。

We’ve just restocked a small but special gift box at Izumi: The Faiseurs Collection from Marou.
“Faiseurs” is how Marou honors the people behind each chocolate bar — from the farmers who grow the cacao, to the artisans who roast, grind, and mold each batch by hand.

Inside are six distinct flavors, each crafted from cacao grown in different regions of Vietnam: Tiền Giang, Bến Tre, Đồng Nai, Lâm Đồng, Đắk Lắk, and Bà Rịa.
