「詐欺注意」– 振り込み詐欺にご注意ください！

今日は私のお土産ショップで実際に起きた出来事を共有させていただきます。

あるお客様が、コーヒー、パン、スカーフ、刺繍バッグ、お菓子、民族帽子など、たくさんの商品を購入され、合計金額は2,996,250ドンでした。
お支払いは銀行振込で、送金画面には「取引成功」と表示されており、名前も金額も正確に見えました。

しかし！
お店の口座には一切入金されていませんでした。アプリを確認しても通知はなし。
お客様は「後で反映されるので、着金したら連絡して」と電話番号を残しましたが、電話はずっと不通…。

幸い、スタッフが不審に思って商品を渡さなかったので助かりました。

その後、送金画面をよく見ると以下の不自然な点が：

SHB銀行のロゴが本物と違う（偽ロゴっぽい）。

アプリの表示形式や色合いが本物と違う。

送信者と受信者の名前が両方とも濃い字で表示されている（通常は送信者側が薄く表示される）。

この話を通じて皆さんに注意喚起をしたいです。
商売をしていると、一円一銭がとても大切です。送金が口座に反映されるまでは、商品を渡さないようにしましょう！
用心に越したことはありません！

"Scam Alert" – Beware of Fake Bank Transfers!

Here’s a true story that just happened today at my gift shop.

A customer came in and bought many items: freeze-dried coffee, bread, scarves, handmade embroidered bags, snacks, ethnic hats, and more — totaling 2,996,250 VND.
She said she would pay via bank transfer, and indeed, she showed a screenshot that said “Transaction successful,” with the correct name and amount.

But!
The money never arrived in our bank account. No notification, no balance update.
She left a phone number saying, “Call me when the money comes through.” But the number was unreachable after that…

Luckily, our staff didn’t hand over the products, sensing something was off.

After looking closely at the screenshot, we noticed some red flags:

The SHB bank logo looked fake, not like the official one.

The layout and colors didn’t match the real banking app interface.

Both sender and recipient names were in bold, whereas normally, the sender’s info is dimmed.

I'm sharing this to warn others. Running a business is tough, and every penny counts.
Always double-check that the money is in your account before handing over goods.
Better safe than sorry!
